How much does it cost to outsource event planning to an event management company?

It depends on what services you require us to manage and what you will look after internally. We offer end-to-end services from event strategy and concept development, event planning, event design and event marketing, through to onsite event management and post-event evaluation.

At JEM events we have cost-effective event management packages for the events we specialise in, including conferences, gala dinners, social celebrations and exhibitions. We also have event management retainer packages for clients who want ongoing event support with their annual calendar of business events.

How far in advance should I start planning our company event?

It depends on the scale of your event but we recommend:

  • Small networking events: 2-3 months in advance

  • Larger conferences & ticketed events: 6-12 months in advance

  • Destination & multi-day conferences: 12+ months in advance

Planning early gives you more choice with venue selection, speaker availability, and supplier availability.
